Delays

We were so excited to get new countertops today, but unfortunately there's a little snag in the plans. Last week, the saw that cuts the granite broke, so now we have to postpone everything for a week! We're currently without a sink, countertops, and dishwasher. Luckily we'll be out of town Wednesday thru Sunday, but I'll still have to deal with paper plates, etc. for 3 days following our trip. We also have to postpone the appliance delivery...ugh.

The good news is that this gives us more time to get the rest of the painting done. We picked out the knobs/handles last night, so we'll hopefully get those put on as well before the countertops come. Let's pray for no more delays!!
