Tubes!

Friday, April 3, Drew got tubes in his ears!! Most of you know that he's had an ear infection AT LEAST every other week since Thanksgiving. That's a lot of infections for a baby his age. So, we made the decision to do the tubes. The surgery was SO quick, and Drew was such a trooper. He was the only baby that wasn't crying after the surgery. We heard him fuss a little, but once we went back to see him he was so sweet. He took his formula right away and we read some books. When we were discharged, we got to pick out a stuffed animal for our little guy. Drew took really good naps that day and ate really well too. The best part about it was that he SLEPT ALL NIGHT!!! He has not been sleeping for the past couple of months, so we were definitely ready for this!! I'm praying he'll continue to sleep, even with two new teeth coming in - argh.
